Aletis provisions a private tenant for your company in a region you choose: a dedicated cloud machine, a dedicated PostgreSQL database, and a per-user sandbox in which Claude Code runs against the files your team uploads. Isolation
One machine, one database, one volume per customer. Per-user sandbox at the OS level.

Choose the cloud region at onboarding. Customer data does not leave it in normal operation.

GDPR-aligned processor terms, audit log, SCCs in place for non-EEA sub-processors.
